取10kg白花蛇舌草加入10倍量體積濃度為75%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1h,60℃減壓濃縮至相對密度為1.10-1.20;往濃縮液中加入重量百分比為0.5%的活性炭脫色,高速離心,取上清,真空干燥,得白花蛇舌草粗提物;將粗提物采用30%甲醇溶解,以O(shè)DS開口柱為固定相,30%甲醇水溶液洗脫,回收甲醇后,真空干燥。干燥后樣品采用5%甲醇溶解,采用高速逆流色譜法分離獲得車葉草苷酸。制備條件:YMC-PackODS-A色譜柱(20×250mm,5μm)為色譜柱,以體積濃度為5%的甲醇為流動相,等梯度洗脫60min;檢測波長235nm;進樣體積100μL。生物活性
