Steps:

Dissolve 5.7g (62.0mmol) thioglycolic acid in 20mL ethanol,It was slowly added to 20 mL of sodium hydroxide (5.5 g, 138 mmol) in ethanol.The temperature was raised to 45°C and reacted for 2h.Cool to room temperature, filter with suction, wash the filter cake with absolute ethanol,Dry, get 6.2g whiteThe sodium salt of thioglycolic acid.1.0g (4.3mmol) A-5-1,0.7g (5.2mmol) sodium salt of thioglycolic acid was added to 10mL methanol,The reaction was completed after refluxing for 3h. Cool to room temperature,The reaction solution was poured into 20 mL of water and stirred for 10 min.The solid impurities were removed by suction filtration, the pH of the filtrate was adjusted to 4 with 10% hydrochloric acid, a white solid was precipitated, and 0.73 g of white powder was obtained by suction filtration and drying. The yield was 55.7%.
