2 Synthesis of Compound 1
Take a clean two bottle, add magnet,1.36 g of p-hydroxyacetophenone (about 10 mmol),9.66 g of bromooctane (about 50 mmol),6.91 g of potassium carbonate and 40 ml of anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide solution.Under magnetic stirring, react at 80°C for 24 h.After the reaction was completed, water/methylene chloride was extracted several times and the organic phases were combined.After separation by a chromatography column, 2.46 g of light yellow liquid was obtained (approximately 99% yield).
