Description：MAIT-203是一種環(huán)戊丙氨酸衍生的擬肽，序列中含有21個(gè)氨基酸，有效抑制腺瘤性息肉病 (APC)和Asef (RhoGEF4) 的相互作用，但不抑制 APC-Sam68 或 APC-striatin 的相互作用。MAIT-203 結(jié)合 APC-ARM，Ki 值為 0.015 μM，Kd 值為 0.036 μM。MAIT-203顯著抑制結(jié)直腸癌細(xì)胞的遷移和侵襲。
MAIT-203 is a cyclic alanine derived peptide with 21 amino acids in its sequence, which effectively inhibits the interaction between adenomatous polyposis (APC) and Asef (RhoGEF4), but does not inhibit the interaction between APC-Sm68 or APC-striatin. MAIT-203 combined with APC-ARM, with a Ki value of 0.015 μ M. Kd value is 0.036 μ M. MAIT-203 significantly inhibits the migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells.
