Description：GO-203是一種D型氨基酸的多肽片段，序列中含有16個(gè)氨基酸，具有細(xì)胞通透性，能抑制MUC1-C二聚化，因而抑制其致瘤作用。GO-203對(duì)過表達(dá)MUC1的SKCO-1和Colo-205結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞處理以GO-203能下調(diào)TIGAR蛋白。GO-203在大腸癌細(xì)胞中能調(diào)節(jié)AKT-S6K1-elF4A信號(hào)，抑制p-AKT。GO-203的處理還可導(dǎo)致ROS的增加、線粒體跨膜電位損失。體內(nèi)研究：在小鼠移植瘤模型中，GO-203可有效地抑制MUC1陽性的大腸癌細(xì)胞的生長和生存。它在乳腺移植瘤、前列腺移植瘤以及肺癌和某些惡性血液病中有抗瘤活性。
GO-203 is a peptide fragment of D-type amino acids, containing 16 amino acids in its sequence. It has cellular permeability and can inhibit MUC1-C dimerization, thereby inhibiting its tumorigenic effect. GO-203 can downregulate TIGAR protein in SKCO-1 and Colo-205 colon cancer cells overexpressing MUC1. GO-203 can regulate AKT-S6K1-elF4A signaling and inhibit p-AKT in colorectal cancer cells. The treatment of GO-203 also led to the increase of ROS and the loss of mitochondrial transmembrane potential. In vivo research: In a mouse transplanted tumor model, GO-203 can effectively inhibit the growth and survival of MUC1 positive colorectal cancer cells. It has anti-tumor activity in breast transplant tumors, prostate transplant tumors, lung cancer, and certain malignant hematological diseases.
