Description：CGGRGD是一種以半胱氨酸為 N 端RGD衍生物多肽，CGGRGD 通過固相肽合成技術(shù)合成的六肽，CGGRGD是與細胞表面受體結(jié)合的fifibronectin的特征序列（PCL），由于其最佳的生物相容性、生物降解性和熱塑性特性，是組織工程的流行材料，PCL 纖維的表面被氨基 2-氰基苯并噻唑氨解，然后加入 2-氰基苯并噻唑 (CBT)。
CGGRGD is a peptide derived from cysteine as the N-terminal RGD derivative. It is a hexapeptide synthesized through solid-phase peptide synthesis technology. CGGRGD is a characteristic sequence (PCL) of fibronectin that binds to cell surface receptors. Due to its optimal biocompatibility, biodegradability, and thermoplastic properties, it is a popular material in tissue engineering. The surface of PCL fibers is hydrolyzed by amino 2-cyanobenzothiazole, followed by the addition of 2-cyanobenzothiazole (CBT).
