凱立德生物產(chǎn)品線之——維生素D衍生物系列(Vitamin D Related)!Vitamin D Related通路中的靶點 VD/VDR Vitamin D/Vitamin D receptor

維生素D有多種食物來源,如魚,雞蛋,強(qiáng)化牛奶,魚肝油等。太陽光有助于維生素D的生成,每天曬10分鐘太陽就可以補(bǔ)充日常所需維生素D。維生素D包含多種形式,人體內(nèi)重要的兩種形式為:麥角鈣化醇(維生素D2)和膽鈣化醇(維生素D3) 。維生素D2由植物合成。維生素D3是人體暴露在太陽光下,陽光中的紫外線促進(jìn)皮膚生成。食品中可添加維生素D2或D3 。維生素D的主要生物學(xué)功能是維持血液中鈣和磷的正常水平。維生素D促進(jìn)鈣吸收,有助于形成和維持強(qiáng)健的骨骼。維生素D可以單獨(dú)使用或是和鈣組合使用,用來增加骨密度和減少骨折的發(fā)生。最近,研究還表明,維生素D可以降低骨質(zhì)疏松癥、高血壓、癌癥和一些自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)病率。維生素D可以通過活化有免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能的維生素D受體來調(diào)節(jié)胰腺中胰島素的分泌。維生素D受體的基因多態(tài)性可能影響維生素D的功能以及免疫應(yīng)答反應(yīng),維D受體可能是易感性1型糖尿病(T1DM)的一個影響因素。

佝僂病和骨軟化癥是典型的維生素D缺乏病。在兒童中,維生素D缺乏引起佝僂病,這會導(dǎo)致骨骼畸形。在成人中,維生素D缺乏可導(dǎo)致骨軟化癥,導(dǎo)致肌肉無力、骨骼脆弱。維生素D缺乏的高危人群包括:老年人、肥胖者、純母乳喂養(yǎng)的嬰兒、長期不見陽光的人群。另外,吸收障礙綜合征患者(如囊性纖維?。┖脱仔阅c病患者(如克羅恩氏病)都是維生素D缺乏的高危人群。
