去乙酰毛花苷呈白色結(jié)晶性粉末狀;無臭,味苦;有引濕性。本品在甲醇中微溶,在乙醇中極微溶解,在水或氯仿中幾乎不溶。
適應(yīng)癥
用于急性和慢性心力衰竭、心房顫動和陣發(fā)性室上性心動過速。由于本品在溶液中不如去乙酰毛花苷穩(wěn)定,故注射多采用后者。本品僅有時用于口服給藥,但因從胃腸道吸收不如洋地黃毒苷,且吸收不規(guī)則,現(xiàn)口服亦較少應(yīng)用。生物活性

Deslanoside (Desacetyllanatoside C) is a metabolite of Lanatoside C. Deslanoside increases forearm blood flow and cardiac index and decreased heart rate concomitant with a marked decrease in skeletal muscle sympathetic nerve activity measured as an indicator of centrally mediated sympathetic nervous system activity.
