16g of sulfur trioxide was dissolved in 50g of dichloroethane, and the sulfur trioxide dichloroethane solution was added dropwise to 21.2g of triethylamine solution, and stirred for 30min after the end of the dropwise addition. Then 21.4g of p-toluidine was dissolved in 50g of dichloroethane, stirred thoroughly until the p-toluidine was completely dissolved, and then added to a three-mouth flask with stirring, slowly heated to 80 °C. After the temperature in the reaction bottle reaches the set temperature, slowly add the p-toluidine solution to the sulfur triethylamine trioxide solution. Continue the reaction for 2h, add water to quench the reaction, and then add 25g of liquid alkali solution (32%), the aqueous phase concentrated to give 40.74g of aminosulfonic acid intermediates, the yield of 97.5%.
