Add phenylboronic acid (0.5 mmol) to a 15 mL pressure tube.Bromoacetonitrile (0.7 mmol), sodium hydroxide (1.3 mmol),30% hydrogen peroxide (80 μL, hydrogen peroxide in the reaction system is about 0.088 g/mL), water (3 mL) and a stir bar,The reaction was heated in an air bath at 80 ° C for 4 h.After completion of the reaction, it was cooled to room temperature and extracted three times with ethyl acetate (3×10 mL).The combined extracts were added with an appropriate amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate and allowed to stand for 4 h. Filtering to remove the desiccant,And rotary the filtrate to 1-2 mL with a rotary evaporator.The product was isolated by thin layer chromatography (developing solvent: ethyl acetate: n-hexane = 1:1).The phenoxyacetamide compound was obtained in a yield of 76%.
