Steps:
1 Synthesis of 2-iodothiophene:
Obtained in the above Step 2-chloro-thiophene oil was added 800mL of acetone / THF mixed solvent (600mL acetone and 200mL THF by the preparation), purged with nitrogen three times, was added 164.88g (1.1mol) of sodium iodide, protected from light, stirring at 25 3h, the reaction solution becomes brown color deepened, GC analysis of 2-chloro-thiophene residue of less than 1%, the reaction completion. The organic layer was separated, the aqueous layer was extracted once again 100mL of toluene, and the combined organic layer was evaporated under reduced pressure removing solvent, and then collecting in fractions 73C -0.095MPa above to give 2-iodo-thiophene 193.89g. The yield was 92.31% in two steps and the HPLC purity was 98.69%.
