Steps:

1 Synthesis of compound 1-2a:

In a 250ml reaction flask,Compound 1-1a (2.25g, 10mmol),Anhydrous piperazine (1.29g, 15mmol) andK2CO3 (2.76g, 20mmol)Add to 20ml DMSO,Under argon protection, the reaction was stirred at 80°C for 4h.After the reaction is complete, cool to room temperature, add 100ml of water, extract with ethyl acetate (100ml×3), combine the organic layers, dry with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and evaporate under reduced pressure to obtain the crude product.Purified by column chromatography (dichloromethane: methanol = 10:1),2.36 g of yellow solid was obtained with a yield of 86%.
