五、性狀：白色粉末 , 熔點(diǎn) 622 ℃ , 易溶于水 , 對(duì)鈣鎂等金屬離子有顯著的螯合能力，能軟化硬水 , 使懸浮液變成溶液 , 有弱堿性 , 無(wú)腐蝕性 , 是一種無(wú)機(jī)物表面活性劑 , 對(duì)潤(rùn)滑油和脂肪有強(qiáng)烈的乳化作用 , 堆密度通常分為低密度 0.35-0.5g/cm³ , 中密度 0.51-0.65g/cm³ , 高密度 0.66-0.9g/cm³。

六、用途： 食品工業(yè)中用于罐頭 , 果汁飲料 , 奶制品 , 豆乳等的品質(zhì)改良劑 , 主要供火腿罐頭嫩化 , 蠶豆罐頭中使豆皮軟化 , 亦可用作軟化劑和增稠劑。

七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料編織袋，每袋25kg。

八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫(kù)房中，裝載運(yùn)輸時(shí)要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It’s white powder, free soluble in water. Melting point is 622℃. Its’ significant metal ion (Calcium, Magnesium & etc) chelating activity could soften hard water and change suspension into solution. It appears alkalescence, no corrosion. It’s a kind of surface active agent for inorganic substances. It’s also a strong emulsifier of lubricant and fat. Bulk densities are 0.35-0.5g/cm³ (low density), 0.51-0.65g/cm³ (medium density) and 0.66-0.9g/cm³ (high density).

6、Usage: It’s used as quality improver of canned food, fruit juice drinks, dairy and soymilk. And it may tender the meat in canned ham and soften the skin of horse bean in canned horse bean. It may also serve as a softener and densifier in foodstuff industry.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport：It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
