This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 25.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 29-32 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

丁基霉素亞家族3成員A3（BTN3A3）是免疫球蛋白超家族和BTN/MOG家族的成員，也被稱為BTF3，它包含一個(gè)B30.2/SPY結(jié)構(gòu)域和兩個(gè)Ig樣V型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。BTN3A3在外周血單核細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞、脾臟和淋巴細(xì)胞中檢測到。BTN3A3也在適應(yīng)性免疫反應(yīng)中的T細(xì)胞反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮作用。刺激人丁嗜蛋白3（BTN3）分子會導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞免疫的負(fù)調(diào)控。
