背景（Background）
FcgR4（低親和力免疫球蛋白γFc區(qū)受體IV）也稱為CD16-2、FcgammaRIV，是免疫球蛋白βFc區(qū)的受體。還充當(dāng)免疫球蛋白εFc區(qū)的受體。以中等親和力結(jié)合IgG2a和IgG2b。不顯示與IgG1或IgG3的結(jié)合。通過增強與IgG2a結(jié)合后的破骨細(xì)胞分化，在促進骨吸收方面發(fā)揮作用。與IgE的a和b同種異型結(jié)合的親和力較低。也已被證明僅與IgE同種異型a結(jié)合，而不與同種異型b結(jié)合。與IgE結(jié)合可促進巨噬細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的吞噬作用、T細(xì)胞的抗原呈遞、促炎細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生和皮膚過敏反應(yīng)的晚期。
