背景（Background）

白細(xì)胞表面抗原CD47也被稱為抗原表面決定蛋白OA3、整合素相關(guān)蛋白（IAP）和蛋白MER6。CD47含有1個(gè)Ig樣V型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。CD47在正常成人組織中分布非常廣泛。CD47通過充當(dāng)血小板上THBS1的粘附受體在細(xì)胞粘附中發(fā)揮作用，并在整合素的調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮作用。通過相似性，CD47在海馬的記憶形成和突觸可塑性中起著重要作用。CD47是SIRPA的受體，與SIRPA結(jié)合可阻止未成熟樹突狀細(xì)胞的成熟，并抑制成熟樹突狀細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生細(xì)胞因子。CD47與SIRPG的相互作用介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞間粘附，增強(qiáng)超抗原依賴性T細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的增殖，并共刺激T細(xì)胞活化。
