蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 64.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-100 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

白介素23受體（IL-23R）是一種I型細(xì)胞因子受體，IL-23R與受體分子IL12RB1/IL12Rbeta1配對，兩者都是IL23A信號傳導(dǎo)所必需的。此外，IL-23R與Janus激酶2（JAK2）組成性結(jié)合，并以配體依賴的方式與轉(zhuǎn)錄激活劑STAT3結(jié)合。此外，IL-23R可能通過激活Jak-Stat信號級聯(lián)來介導(dǎo)T細(xì)胞、NK細(xì)胞和可能的某些巨噬細(xì)胞/髓細(xì)胞刺激。至于IL-23，它可能與自身免疫性炎癥性疾病有關(guān)，并對腫瘤發(fā)生具有重要意義。
