Jagged 1分子背景
蛋白jagged-1（JAG1）也稱為Jagged1、hJ1、JAGL1和CD339，它是一種單程I型膜蛋白，含有一個DSL結(jié)構(gòu)域和15個EGF樣結(jié)構(gòu)域。JAG1在成人和胎兒組織中廣泛表達，JAG1在宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達上調(diào)，在骨髓細(xì)胞系HS-27a中也有表達。JAG1是多種Notch受體的配體，參與Notch信號傳導(dǎo)的介導(dǎo)。JAG1參與哺乳動物心血管發(fā)育的早期和晚期。JAG1通過相似性抑制成肌細(xì)胞分化，并增強成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子誘導(dǎo)的血管生成（體外）。
