Glypican 2分子背景

Glypican 2（GPC2），也稱為腦多糖，是一種在發(fā)育中的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的與糖磷脂酰肌醇連接的完整膜硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖。腦聚糖參與細(xì)胞粘附，被認(rèn)為調(diào)節(jié)軸突的生長(zhǎng)和引導(dǎo)。腦聚糖對(duì)層粘連蛋白-1具有特別高的親和力。GPC2沉默使Wnt/β-catenin信號(hào)失活，并降低神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤發(fā)生的致癌驅(qū)動(dòng)因素N-Myc的表達(dá)。靶向GPC2的免疫毒素和嵌合抗原受體（CAR）T細(xì)胞在小鼠模型中抑制神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤的生長(zhǎng)。GPC3特異性抗體-藥物偶聯(lián)物（ADC）也可以抑制神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤細(xì)胞增殖。
