CD27分子背景
CD抗原CD27也被稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員7（TNFRSF7），屬于TNF受體超家族。CD27/TNFRSF7存在于大多數(shù)T淋巴細(xì)胞中。CD27/TNFRSF7是T細(xì)胞免疫產(chǎn)生和長期維持所必需的。它與配體CD70結(jié)合，在調(diào)節(jié)B細(xì)胞活化和免疫球蛋白合成中起著關(guān)鍵作用。該受體轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)導(dǎo)致NF-κB和MAPK8/JNK激活的信號(hào)。CD27已被證明與SIVA1、TRAF2和TRAF3相互作用。
