肝微粒體( Liver Microsomes) 肝微粒體是體外研究一個(gè)化合物的代謝(酶抑制,清除率和代謝鑒定)以及藥物-藥物相互作用的主要工具。通常根據(jù)特定細(xì)胞色素酶的活性水平來選擇微粒體。
