Verwenden
2-Cyclopropyl-phenol is a reagent used to prepare imidazolines which display significant adrenergic α2C-Agonism/α2A-Antagonism. It is also an intermediate used in preparation of Cirazoline Hydrochloride (C497400) which is a potent α-1 adrenergic receptor agonist and an even more potent α-2 receptor antagonist.
