1,2-Didehydro-7α-ethyl-20,21-dinoraspidospermidin-6α-ol Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Beschreibung
One of three closely related alkaloids recently isolated from the leaves and stem bark
of Capuronetta eiegans, capuronidine forms an amorphous white powder having
no definite melting point. The base is dextrorotatory with a specific rotation of
[α]
D20+ 220° (c 1.0, CHCI3). The ultraviolet spectrum in EtOH exhibits absorption
maxima at 220 and 260 nm and there is a bathochromic shift on the addition of
HCI to 275 and 341 nm. The structure has been determined from chemical and
spectroscopic evidence.
