Anti-Phosphoserine aminotransferase Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Verwenden
Anti-PSAT1 antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Phosphohydroxythreonine aminotransferase (PSAT) is an enzyme encoded by the PSAT1 gene in humans. It may be implicated in altered serine metabolism and schizophrenia spectrum conditions. PSAT plays a role in the L-serine biosynthesis that could be implicated in colon cancer progression and chemoresistance. It can act as a new interesting target for colorectal cancer (CRC) therapy. Human PSAT gene is regulated depending on tissue specificity and cellular proliferation status with a maximum level expression in the S-phase.
