Cryptophorine Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Beschreibung
One of two unsaturated piperidine alkaloids isolated from the leaves and seeds of
Bathiorhamnus cryptophorus, the structure of this base has been established as
that given above from chemical and spectroscopic data. It forms colourless crystals
from Me2CO and has a specific rotation of [α]
578 - 61° (c 1.0, CHC13). The
ultraviolet spectrum in EtOH has absorption ma){ima at 278, 289, 302 and 316
nm. Catalytic hydrogenation with activated Pt02 yields the octahydro derivative
which is amorphous and has an optical rotation of [α]
578
