1-Adamantyl isothiocyanate undergoes nucleophilic addition reaction with pyrrolidine, piperidine, 3-hydroxypiperidine and 4-hydroxypiperidine to yield N′,N′-disubstituted N-(1-adamantyl)-thiourea derivatives. | [Purification Methods]
