In a N2 gas purification system, compound I and BuLi (1.5 equivalents) were added to diethyl ether, and the mixture was stirred at a temperature of -78 ° C. After the mixture was reacted for 1 hour, trimethyl borate (1.2 equivalents) was added, and the mixture was stirred at a temperature of -78 ° C for 30 minutes. The mixture was reacted at room temperature for 12 hours. Aqueous HCl in DI (30 ml) was added and the organic solvent was removed. The residue was filtered to obtain compound J as a white solid.
