The aqueous solution containing 39.3 g of compound 6 obtained in step (3) was added to the reaction flask, 450 g of ethyl acetate and 45 g of sodium carbonate were added, the temperature was adjusted to 35°C, and 45 g of N-(9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyloxy)succinimide (Fmoc-OSu) was added, the temperature was controlled at 35 °C, stirred for 1 h, and the remaining 1.5% of compound 6 was detected by liquid chromatography. Remove the aqueous phase. The organic phase was extracted with 900 g of purified water, the sodium salt of compound 1 was dissolved in the aqueous phase, the aqueous phase was washed twice with 390 g of methyl tert-butyl ether, the temperature was controlled at 5°C, and the pH was adjusted to 3~ 4. Stir at 5°C for 6 hours and filter. The wet product was vacuum dried at 45°C for 24 hours. After baking, 58.6 g of product was obtained with a molar yield of 80.5%, a purity of 99% (Fig. 1), a chiral purity of 100% (Fig. 2), and a total molar yield of 52.6%.
