A solution of the compound of Preparation 194 (11.0 g, 38.1 mmol) and palladium(II) hydroxide (1.10 g, 7.83 mmol) in methanol (100 ml) was heated to 60° C. at a pressure of 300 psi under a hydrogen atmosphere for 18 h.
