Intermediate 2 (1.45 g, 5 mmol) was added to the reaction flask, dissolved in dichloromethane, and the reaction flask was subjected to ice-water bath. Liquid bromine (0.256mL, 5mmol) was added dropwise to the reaction flask. After the addition was completed, the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The reaction solution was reduced with a saturated sodium thiosulfate solution, then extracted, washed, and combined with toluene. Recrystallization gave the product as a white solid (intermediate 3), yield 90%;
