Dissolve 100mg of digoxin in a mixture of 30ml methanol and 10ml water,Under the catalysis of sodium periodate (5 mg), the mixture was stirred for 20 hours, and the reaction was detected to be complete. After filtration, 62 mg of a white solid was obtained with a yield of 80%.
