28.4 (4) Synthesis of compound 67 ((5-methoxy-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridin-2-yl)methanol)
Compound 66 (5-methoxy-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridine-2-ethyl carboxylate) (935mg, 3.488mmol, 1eq) was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (10mL) at -5°C Under the conditions, lithium aluminum hydride (123 mg, 3.523 mmol, 1.1 eq) was added. Under the protection of nitrogen, the reaction was carried out at room temperature for 1 hour. The progress of the reaction was monitored by liquid-mass on-line chromatography. After the reaction was completed, it was quenched with sodium bicarbonate, the solid was collected by filtration, and purified by flash column chromatography (petroleum ether/ethyl acetate = 1/1) to obtain compound 67 ((5-methoxy-1H-pyrrolo[2 ,3-c]pyridin-2-yl)methanol) (700 mg, yield: 92.5%).
