The product (280g, 1.14mol) obtained in step (4) was dissolved in a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran (1400mL) and water (700mL),Slowly add lithium hydroxide monohydrate (93g, 2.28mol) under ice bath, continue to stir and react for 2h under ice bath; TLC showed that the raw materials disappeared. After adding water (1.5L), the layers were separated, the pH of the aqueous phase was adjusted to 1.5, and the mixture was extracted 3 times with dichloromethane.The organic phases were combined, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated to obtain 250 g of the target product (S)-N-tert-butoxycarbonylmorpholine-3-carboxylic acid, which was a white powdery solid, and the combined yield was 95%. Detect the target product: optical activity ee value>99%, specific rotation [a]D20=-70.3(C=1, MeOH)
