2-1-3: Preparation of 4-(2-methylthiazol-4-yl)aniline To 120 ml of ethyl acetate were sequentially added 4 g (18.2 mmol) of 4-(2-methylthiazol-4-yl)nitrobenzene synthesized in Preparation Example 2-1-2 and 400 mg (10 W %) of Pd/C, followed by reaction in a hydrogen reactor under hydrogen pressure of 4bar for 5 hours. After the reaction was complete, Pd/C was filtered through celite, and the filtrate was distilled under reduced pressure, purified by recrystallization from ethyl acetate and n-hexane and then dried under vacuum at about 40° to afford 3.4 g (yield: 99%) of the desired compound. Mass (M+): 191.0 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6): 2.66(s, 3H), 5.27(s, 1H), 6.58(d, 2H), 7.47(s, 1H), 7.60(d, 2H).
