Synthesis of 3-quinuclinone hydrochloride
Heat the acid solution of 2-ethoxycarbonyl-3-quinuclone at reflux for 10h, add active carbon to decolorize for 0.5h, filter, cool under ice-water bath, slowly add sodium bicarbonate solution to adjust pH 11-12, and evaporate the solvent under reduced pressure. Add 3L methylene chloride to beaten, insoluble material was filtered off, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 3-quinucidone, which was added dropwise to ethanolic solution of hydrochloric acid. The mixture was stirred at room temperature to precipitate a solid, which was filtered to obtain a white solid. Ning Ketone hydrochloride 25.4 g, yield: 78.6%,
