3-Bromo-5-nitro-1 H-indazole (Compound 15 (see Example 2 Step 2), 0.5g, 2.06mmol), 4-Flourophenylboronic acid (720mg, 5.14mmol), Pd(dppf)CI2 (252mg, 0.31 mmol), and Na2CO3 (657mg, 6.20mmol) were added to a 25ml microwave vessel. DME (16ml) and H2O (4ml) were added subsequently. The mixture was heated under microwave at 150°C for 20 min. The reaction mixture was then filtered through a pad of celite. The filtrate was concentrated, and purified by flash column (25% EtOAc/Hex) to yield Compound 64 (0.3g, 1.17mmol).
