32 Synthesis of 1-(4-bromophenyl)cyclopentane-1-carbonitrile (32A)
Dissolve NaH (0.15g, 6.12mmol) in DMF (5mL), cool in an ice bath, slowly add 4-bromophenylacetonitrile (0.40g, 2.04mmol) dropwise, stir for 0.5h, add 1,4-dibromobutyl Alkane (0.48g, 2.24mmol), react at room temperature for 4h, add 50mL water, extract with ethyl acetate (20mL×3), combine the organic layers, wash with saturated brine, dry with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filter with suction, and concentrate under reduced pressure. After separation and purification by column chromatography, 0.48 g of pale yellow liquid was obtained with a yield of 94.1%.
