Steps:
1.1-1.2 Example one
(1) Add 50g glycerol phosphorylcholine, 220g oleic acid, 95g DMAP, 1000mL chloroform to a clean and dry 3000ml three-necked flask. Magnetically stir evenly. Dissolve 165 g of DCC with 1000 mL of chloroform, and quickly add the DCC chloroform solution to the reaction system dropwise. React for 12h at 20°C in the dark. A large amount of white solid was produced, and the TLC detection reaction showed no progress, so the reaction was stopped. Concentrate to dryness to obtain a yellow viscous liquid.(2) Adding solvent 1 acetone, beating and stirring for 3 hours, a large amount of solids precipitate out, and dry to obtain a crude product. The crude product was heated to 40 with 1000ml of solvent 2 dichloromethane and stirred to dissolve, filtered while hot to remove the insoluble matter, the filtrate was cooled to 0, and the solvent 3 methyl tert-butyl ether 1800mL was slowly added dropwise. The system was slowly turbid. A large amount of solids precipitated, filtered to obtain refined dioleoylphosphatidyl products, the purity was qualified by TLC, and dried in vacuum to obtain dry solids of 116.6, yield 82.33%
