Abstract:

The different ratios of AO-2246 were added to the polyurethane，and the effects on damping and mechanical properties of polyurethane were investigated． The results show that the loss factor-temperature curve of PU / AO-2246 system has only one transition peak，which is a thermodynamic compatible system; that as the amount of AO-2246 increases，the loss factor of polyurethane and the corresponding maximum temperature increase，and tanδmax can reach 1. 51；that the elongation at break of polyurethane increases when the proper amount of AO-2246 is added，but its tensile strength and hardness reduce at the same time.
