Weigh 181.7g Tris and put it in 1L beaker;

 

Add about 800 ml of deionized water and fully stir to dissolve;

 

Adjust pH value to 8.8 with concentrated HCl;

 

Volume the solution to 1 L;

 

After high temperature and high pressure sterilization, store at room temperature.
