1. The coagulant suspension contains active ingredients such as thrombin, emulsifier, and surfactant. Therefore, before adding it to the vacuum blood collection vessel, shake the coagulant suspension and mix the active ingredients evenly.

 

2. Efficient coagulation promoting powder can be prepared into a suspension using water or alcohol, or dry powder can be directly added to the blood collection vessel. Generally, 0.5 to 1.0mg of coagulation promoting powder can quickly coagulate 1ml of blood samples.

 

3. Whether using a coagulant suspension or a high-efficiency coagulant powder, it is necessary to immediately mix it upside down after blood collection to avoid uneven mixing of the coagulant and the blood sample, leading to incomplete coagulation.

 

4. Blood coagulation is greatly influenced by temperature. When the temperature of the blood collection environment is below 20 ℃, the dosage of the coagulant should be increased appropriately and the number of times it is mixed upside down should be increased.

 

5. The recommended storage temperature for coagulant suspension is 4-8 ℃. When impurities, colors, and odors appear in the suspension, it is not recommended to continue using it; The storage of high-efficiency coagulation promoting powder requires more attention to sealing and moisture-proof.
