The working principle of serum gel separator is: the specific gravity of serum is about 1.02, the specific gravity of blood clot is about 1.08, and the specific gravity of gel separator is about 1.05. How to prepare:
1. First, a microbial reactor is used to make a transparent polymer resin
2. Add the prepared transparent resin adhesive to the vacuum mixer, add 0.5-1.0 silica by weight, 0.1-0.3 silane coupling agent and 2.0-3.5 plasticizer. The temperature is between 30 ℃ and 40 ℃. Stir for 0.5-1 hour under normal pressure and 0.5-1.5 hours under negative pressure.
3. Add a certain proportion of mixed white carbon black, thixotropic agent and defoamer into the mixer, or mix for 0.5-1 hour under normal pressure at 30-40 ℃, and then stir for 2-4 hours under negative pressure.
According to the above preparation method, and by controlling the reaction temperature and reaction time of the microchannel, a low specific gravity serum separation gel with a specific gravity of 1.030-1.040g/cm2 can be obtained.
The raw materials are generally styrene, pentene or butyl ester, butyl acrylate, dimethyl azodiisobutyrate and solvent. The mixing ratio and dosage are not described too much here.
