Since the raw materials used by different manufacturers are different, the raw materials can be prepared according to the manufacturer's standards. The general production steps are as follows:
1、 Input raw materials
The input time interval between each raw material is 2-5 minutes. When the mixing temperature of the solution rises to 70 ℃, the heating can be turned off. After the solution is dissolved and clarified, the specific gravity of the test can be calculated. If the raw material cannot be dissolved, it can be heated properly.
2、 Adjust PH and density
If the pH value of the raw material solution is low or high, it can be adjusted by adding other substances according to the production requirements. If the density is too high, it can be adjusted by adding an appropriate amount of pure water.
3、 Filtration concentration
After the PH and specific gravity of potassium EDTA are adjusted to meet the technical indicators, it can be directly filtered with half-frame. The concentration process needs three times. The first and second temperatures are reduced to 65 ℃ to stop, the last temperature is reduced to 75 ℃ to stop, and the specific gravity is measured after the temperature rises to 95 ℃. The next step can be carried out only after the indicators are qualified.
4、 Discharging
After the specific gravity and PH value are qualified, the filter bag can be used to discharge the material. After the adjustment is completed, the crystallization barrel is placed under the outlet. After the material is completely discharged, the pipe wall valve is closed and the barrel cover is closed.
5、 Crystallization
Place the reaction bucket containing materials in the crystallization area, pad the wood at the bottom, and let it stand still for crystallization. If the temperature difference change has a good effect on crystallization, the crystallization time is generally controlled at 3-4 days, which is not easy to be too long, and it is easy to precipitate impurities, which will cause pollution when wrapped into the crystal.
6、 Drying
Use a hammer to break the crystal and put it on a plate, and put it into the drying oven. The initial temperature is set at 40 ℃. Turn it 2-3 times a day, with an interval of 5-6 hours. Pay attention to breaking large crystals when turning them. The drying time before crushing is controlled at 3-4 days, and the crystal can be crushed by adding 5 ℃ every time it is turned over and adding 85 ℃.
7、 Twice crushing
After the material is dried, it will be crushed once without adding a filter screen. After crushing, it will be dried in an oven for 24 hours at a drying temperature of 75-82 ℃. It will be turned for 1-2 times in the middle. After 24 hours, it will be crushed twice to get the powder of potassium EDTA.
