Pomegranate Extract is extract from the pericarp of the punica granatum.It’s powder product.Ellagic acid is a polyphenol compounds extracted from granatum. as good oxidation resistance,has been used as a food antioxidant, is an important food additive.
Punicalagin is polymerization of compounds of Ellagic Acid, because it contains a glycoside-based, so a good water soluble,easily absorbed by the body to play its anti-cancer, anti-oxidation.
