1, if the fish body is normal swimming state, keep still, when there is a sound, only the tail slightly swing, with a small stick to touch the head of the slow response, with the hand to catch can not escape in time, indicating that the concentration of the liquid medicine is moderate, can be used to transport fish.
2.If the behavior of test fish in liquid medicine is similar to that in clear water, it indicates that the concentration of liquid medicine is low, and an appropriate amount of MS-222 should be added.
3. If the test fish body is tilted or the abdomen is up, it indicates that the concentration of the liquid is too large. Appropriate amount of water should be added to dilute it until the appropriate concentration of the liquid is adjusted. Otherwise, it may cause the deep anesthesia of the fish and cause death.
After determining the concentration of the agent, it is also necessary to determine the total amount of the agent needed according to the number of fish transported. If the ratio of fish to water is determined to be 1:1, 1000 kg of water will be needed when transporting 1000 kg of fish. The amount of water x concentration = the amount of drug. Take MS-222 packaged in 10 g/bottle as an example. The water consumption required to prepare different concentrations of liquid medicine is as follows:
