3. Hypoglycemic effect After the rabbits took the culture of Monascus, the blood sugar decreased by 23% to 33% within 0.5h, and the blood sugar decreased by 19% to 29% compared with the control group after 1h.

4. Anti-cancer effect. Monascus in red yeast extract has an active hydroxyl group and is easy to interact with amino acids, so it can treat amineemia and prevent cancer.
