Phenosec microspheres are small independent hollow spheres made of phenolic resin
that are reddish-brown in appearance.
It can be used in adhesives, crevice filling formulations, sandable putties, syntactic foam,
and molded or laminated structures. Moreover, it is lightweight and strong.

Phenosec microspheres can be mixed with phenolic, polyester, and epoxy thermosetting
resins to form hard, syntactic foams, which are lightweight, rigid, and yet have the
characteristics of being lightweight and rigid. Improved resistance to cracking.
