According to customer’s different requirements to index, each kind of product is classified into three grades, for example: CMH-L black-1 CMH-L black-2 CMH-L black-3
Our company’s mine cable colorized rubber compound solves the problem of color changing in the process of vulcanization, especially during continuous vulcanization. At last tube obturating section, there is almost no color change on cable through using our company’s rubber compound. It keeps color consistency on cable.
This series of rubber compound is produced according to the requirement of national standard GB7594.7-87. It accords with the regulation of coal industry standard MT386-1995. It reaches the requirements of class A (when cable’s maximum cross section is 50mm² or above) flame test on bunched cables and class B (when cable’s maximum cross section is below 50mm²)flame test on bunched cables.
