杜氏磷酸緩沖液 (1×DPBS,無鈣鎂) Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline,without Calcium-Magnesium 是最常用的磷酸鹽緩沖溶液之一，又稱Dulbecco's磷酸緩沖鹽溶液、Dulbecco's PBS、D-PBSA、CMF-DPBS、D-PBS、DPBS, 主要由氯化鈉、氯化鉀、磷酸氫二鈉、磷酸二氫鉀組成，不含Ca2+、Mg2+，pH值為7.4，該試劑經過高壓滅菌，常用于細胞培養(yǎng)過程中細胞的洗滌或其他常規(guī)用途。該試劑為1×工作液，直接使用。

注意事項

1、在進行細胞培養(yǎng)過程中細胞的洗滌時，應注意無菌操作，避免被微生物污染。

2、該試劑經高壓滅菌處理。

DPBS is a balanced salt solution (BSS) used for the handling and culturing of mammalian cells. DPBS is used to to irrigate, wash, and dilute mammalian cells. Phosphate buffering maintains the pH in the physiological range. Calcium and magnesium facilitate cell binding and clumping. DPBS without these ions can be used to wash and rinse suspended cells.

Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline has been used for the dilution of fresh red blood cells to study the trapping of red blood cell aggregate. It has also been used to wash the wells of microtiter plate
