Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM Tris, pH8.0, 500mM NaCl.

Reconstitution	We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Background	Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 6 (CCL6), encoded by the gene CCL6, is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that has only been identified in rodents. Murine CCL6 is expressed in myelopoietic bone marrow cultures when stimulated with GM-CSF, M-CSF, IL-3 or IL-4 and has also been detected in an IL-2-dependent T cell line, where the expression is inhibited following T cell stimulation. It signals primarily through the CCR1 receptor. CCL6 is chemotactic for B cells, CD4⁺ T cells, monocytes and NK cells and also exhibits powerful suppressive activity on colony formation by different lineages of hematopoietic progenitors. The C10 contains the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.

注意事項(xiàng):
???????由于有些塑料管壁對某些蛋白有較強(qiáng)的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預(yù)先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，使細(xì)胞因子或重組蛋白不會(huì)粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產(chǎn)品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲(chǔ)存液。
